The Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee serves as the Standing Committee of the Society, which is made up of all full members of GFMC. The committee reviews nominations submitted by the congregation and presents the Society with an annual slate of nominees for open positions on the Board of Administration as well as vacancies on the Nominating Committee.
Members of the Nominating Committee must be full members of GFMC who demonstrate spiritual maturity and actively pursue the mission of the church. They should also have a broad familiarity with the congregation.
The Present members of the Nominating Committee are:
Class of 2026: Marsha Busby and Doug Faulkner( can be renominated)
Fulfilling ongoing terms, do not nominate:
Class of 2027: Lee Coakley and Debbi Keillor
Class of 2028:
Stephen Groves and Dawn McCullough

The Board of Administration
Members of the Board of Administration, the church’s policy-making body, help cast vision and make key decisions for the congregation. They should be people of wisdom and insight (see additional qualifications above). Board members also serve as liaisons between the Society and its pastors and staff, and between the Gateway Conference and the Society.
The present members of the BOA are:
